Ash Buckman MSc
Ash created PPC in an attempt to offer elite level sport science to everyone at an affordable price.
He has 5 years of elite strength and conditioning coaching and has worked with para and able bodied athletes from international to amateur level sport.
Ash has a Masters degree in Sport Science and Performance Coaching as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy and Corrective Exercises.
PPC is sport science driven and looks to provide these services to everyone in an attempt to enhance fitness and sports performance for all. We make services such as strength and conditioning, soft tissue therapy and performance testing available to amateur sport teams and general fitness participants. We can offer these services at a much more affordable rate so anyone can get better!
