Our S&C service is similar to our personal training, but tailored to athletes competing at any level. We offer advanced performance coaching which looks to improve all physical components of sport and enhance your key performance indicators - helping you take the next level over your opponents.

Single S&C Session
If you are a competitive athlete of any level then S&C sessions are perfect for enhancing your physical componants of performance. Whether speed, strength, power, agility or endurance we can tailor a specific training plan to help you improve your performance!
£30 per session

3x S&C Sessions
To real optimal physical performance for your sport, it is advised that multiple sessions per week are completed.
This allows for optimal training of all physical componants to encourage optimal development in your sport.
£80 for 3 sessions

Sports Team S&C
If you are a competitive sports team and want to find the extra 1% to help you out perfrom your opponants, we provide tailored sport specific S&C sessions to maximise performance.
These sessions can be either an hour or 90 minutes long.
