We offer more than just personal training in this service! Not only will you receive 1-1 sessions, but you will also be designed a periodised training programme that is designed specifically for you to optimise your goals! We can combine many training techniques from resistance to running to help you!

1 Hour PT Session (Basic)

This is our basic PT offer, using minimal equipment and bodyweight to work towards your goals! This method is perfect for those looking to lose body fat, tone up and increase fitness.

We are able to devliver these sessions in various locations dependent on your needs!

£30 per session

3x 1 Hour PT Session (Basic) 

The best results are seen with consisatncy of training and throughout the week! 

By booking 3 sessions a week not only will you see greater benefits but also get yourself a discout!

These sessions also include minimal equipment and bodyweight exercises.

£80 for 3 sessions

1 Hour PT Session (Elite)

These sessions are for those looking to either increase strength or use a more advanced training methods.

In the Elite sessions, olympic weights will be used with more advanced techniques to fully maximise your body's potential. This is a portable service.

£40 per session
