Our training channels a holistic approach to manipulate all forms of training to enhance the change you are looking for. Our methods are proven from elite athletes to fitness beginners and we are always researching to keep up with science.

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

Soft Tissue Therapy is more than just massage; it also includes trigger point and muscle energy techniques in an attempt to reset muscles. This service is beneficial to everyone regardless of fitness as muscle aches and tension occur from day to day activities. If you recently have had an injury or just suffer with muscle tightness, this service will benefit you.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

We have worked with international level athletes across a range of sports as well as in disability sport. We can provide a periodised plan that will enhance the physical performance of any athlete and deliver the session in a way to maximise potential. We can work on a 1-1 basis or with a full sports team at any level who wishes to increase their performance.

TRAINING PROGRAMME DESIGN

Many people struggle to achieve their goals whether for health or performance because of poor training programming. We can provide training programmes for individuals and sports teams to help achieve their goals with all manor of equipment and movements depending on the individuals.
