This is our most versatile and affordable performance coaching service, allowing us to help you maximise your training without the need to book personal training. We offer a range of training plans to help you achieve your goals; and if you would prefer something more specific, we created individualised training programmes targeted specifically to you.

4 Weeks Fitter
4 Weeks Fitter is our introductory fitness plan looking to increase fitness levels in everyone with easy to follow fitness sessions. You will get access to multiple sessions a week that are tailored to improve all aspects of fitness.

6 Week Training Plan
We can offer tailor made 6 week training plans that are specific to you and your training goals whther fitness or sports performance. We can tailor the plans to the amount of equipment you have and also adapt it to how many sessions per week you want to train.
From £50 per plan

12 Week Training Plank
We offer a basic 12 week minimal equiptment plan (just resistance bands) for £50 over a 12 week period for 2 sessions per week.
